β€œHer”

She believes sunshine brings inspiration. As the warmth of the sun hits her face; she dares to dream, she dares to let her mind wander to pathways which are filled with light: she is inspired.

Take her hand, listen to her voice and follow her lead as we entwine our fingers and become one: sisterhood, family, partnership, friendship,  a special bond. Taking this journey of life together with its highs and lows its ups and downs.

She is the scars that mark her and all she's  been through. The scars that are proof that after hurt, healing takes place. She is a lover, unconditionally without any restrictions. Loving herself and everything that comes with it.

She is a black woman, as vivid and alive and as woke as she's ever been. Her hair a beautiful crown, that springs out of her scalp. Shining as bright as ever attracting the eyes of everyone around her, walking as proud as ever. She delights in the hills and valleys  the trees and the seas, that make the landscape of her body.

Love is the word that she decorates her house with. It is the foundation that her house stands on. It is the blooming vivid, bright flowers that surround her.

Her. I'm her. You're her. We are her.
